BY BOOKING A SERVICE WITH FUNtasy Art & Entertainment
YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
ONLY BOOKED TIMES WITH A DEPOSIT ARE GUARANTEED!
DEPOSIT: After submitting this form you will receive a Pay Pal invoice to make your deposit that can be done either via Pay pal or e-transfer; this deposit "is not refundable", with it we reserve the time and day for your special event.
BALANCE: The remained balance "MUST be paid before the artist (s) leave the event", preferably on cash, e-transfer or cheque to MARLENE RIOS (owner) Late payments have a penalty of $20.00 CAD for each day after the event including the day the payment is complete.
RETURNED CHEQUES will have an extra charge of $50.00 CAD plus the amount of the cheque.
CANCELLATIONS: ** We do not offer refunds for inclement weather so please secure an alternate indoor location for your event in advance** However in the event that the artist is unable to attend your event the deposit will be refunded completely.
RE-SCHEDULE: Any service can be re-scheduled without forfeiting the deposit with at least 15 days' notice, otherwise a new deposit will be required.
PARKING FEES: In the event that the artist requires to pay parking to provide the service, "the client must reimburse" the artist for any parking fees.
SETUP: You must be able to provide a steady table minimum 4 X 2 ft., a pair of chairs (NOT KIDS CHAIRS OR TABLE PLEASE) and shelter to protect from sun/wind/rain, adequate flat surface space, and lighting to work. Setup takes around 15 minutes so please have ready this space before her arrival. If the artist has to wait to set up after the started time requested or If the client requests a change in location once the artist has set up, the waiting time or the time to re-setup is counted as part of the contracted time.
LENGTH OF SERVICE: The artist can provide service to approximately 9-10 clients per hour, either face painting or glitter tattoos , this is based on the intricacy of the designs that are chosen and kid's cooperation. Avoid disappointment and upsetting guests by scheduling time accordingly it is your responsibility to limit additional guests from requesting service to avoid additional charges.
If for any reason the artist have to spend extra time beyond the booking time, this time is considered part of the service and will be charge accordingly.
BREAKS: On services of two hours or more the artist(s) will have paid breaks of 10-15 minutes and access to a restroom.
LIABILITY STATEMENT: While we use only FDA-compliant, cosmetic-grade make-up, children with skin allergies or sensitive skin should not participate on the face painting service, instead they can request an arm design since the artist is not responsible for any allergic reaction on any child. For safety reasons, the artist has will not paint children's faces under the age of 3 (three); as well the artist has the right to deny service to anyone who is or appears to be sick or suffering from cold sores, conjunctivitis, lice, any infectious skin condition, eczema, or open wounds. "The client agrees to pay for any accidents or injuries caused by pets or guests, and/or any damage to artist’s equipment or supplies". Children behavior and safety is the client’s and/or parents responsibility, so please be sure that someone is supervising them around the artist; otherwise, the artist has the right to stop the service anytime without any kind of refund.
